ABOUT THE DEVELOPER
Seth Kroenke is the owner of Remote Alaska Solutions and developer of multiple Alaska communities, including gated air parks at Glacier View Estates and Hatcher’s Landing, and now the lakeside community of South Shore Waterfront. Early in his career, Seth constructed a premier fishing/hunting lodge in remote Alaska and became a commercial pilot operating two air taxis. Later, he transitioned into full-scale construction & development as owner of Remote Alaska Solutions and its fleet of specialty divisions.
